Increased demand for fish products has resulted in greater investment and modernization of the aquaculture sector. These processes have led to higher energy needs farms globally, resulting their environmental impact. Fossil fuel is main power source aquaculture, its combustion generates a large amount Greenhouse Gases (GHGs) other emissions. This paper considers use renewable sources (RESs) mariculture systems ensure at same time cost-effective environmentally friendly powering options. investigates an alternative solution which relocates majority equipment tasks from vessel barge reduce demands significantly lessen emissions system. The includes full electrification workboat installation PV cells wind turbine onboard barge, combined with diesel generator integrated A Life-Cycle Assessment (LCA) was performed evaluate considered system configurations point view, while Cost (LCCA) economic performance proposed solutions. results implementation RESs indicate emission reduction about 20% increase capital costs by 0.61%.
